- You followed a link from another page to a file which has moved and left no forwarding address, or which has been cast into the eternal digital abyss. In either case, it might be best to inform the authors of the referring page (perhaps they can be found on the referring page, (none) ?)
- You attempted to type the address directly into your browser's address bar, but made an unfortunate typographical error.
- You typed the address correctly, but as in #1, the item no longer exists.
- Waffelkaiser's scribe made a typographical error. Alert him at this address, if you would. As I eavesdrop upon all of his correspondence, you need not worry about separately contacting Me.
